Retreat for LGBTI, Friends and Family Affected by Suicide 3 - 5 Oct 2014
What’s it about? A residential weekend of small group workshops using creative arts therapy that offer you an opportunity to explore your lived experience of trying to work through your grief. Background A new research project being conducted by Hobart researcher Helen Scarr, exploring how suicide grief affects families; part of a Professional Doctorate undertaken through Melbourne Institute for Experiential and Creative Arts Therapy (MIECAT). TasCAHRD and Working It Out are very excited to announce a new partnership to deliver a national Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex Aged Care Awareness Training project in Tasmania.
